Virtual & home visits · Los Angeles

Care that comes to you.

Not every visit needs a trip to the office. See the physician by video from home or work, or book a home health visit — and move to an in-person exam when you need one.

Ways to be seen.

Visit options:

Virtual & hybrid urgent care

  • Video visits for many urgent concerns
  • An in-person exam added when it’s needed
  • Prescriptions, orders and referrals as appropriate
  • About an hour, scheduled around you

Home health visits

  • A physician visit at your home
  • Helpful when getting to an office is hard
  • Scheduled by appointment
  • Call to confirm your address is within our service area

Injury patients start by video

If you were hurt in an accident, your first step is usually a video intake: a specialist goes over how you were injured and where it hurts, then the physician joins by video and places any orders you need.

It means less waiting and less travel while you’re in pain.

What you need for a video visit

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection and a quiet, private place to talk. Have your medication list and any recent paperwork nearby.
