Why a single physician matters
Long-term conditions go better when one physician sees the whole picture: your history, your medications, your results and what’s changed since the last visit.
At Clutch Med you see the same physician, visits aren’t rushed, and your plan is written in plain language so you know exactly what to do between appointments.
How it works.

- Follow-ups that adjustRegular check-ins to review how you’re doing and adjust treatment as your needs change.
Common questions.
Who is this for?
Adults who want a physician to manage long-term conditions, keep up with preventive care, or follow up after an ER or hospital stay.
Can you coordinate with my specialists?
Yes. Care coordination is part of the visit — we review what other doctors have done and make sure the next steps are clear.
How do I pay?
Clutch Med is cash pay or medical lien only. Pay at your visit, or, if an attorney is handling your injury case, we can work with a medical lien so care doesn’t wait for your settlement.
What should I bring to the first visit?
A list of your medications and doses, recent lab or imaging results, and any hospital or ER discharge paperwork.
