What we prepare:

Life care plans

  • Future medical needs tied to the injuries in the record
  • Frequency and duration of each item of care
  • Cost projections for each item
  • Every recommendation traceable to a source record

Records & consulting

  • Medical records review and summaries
  • Treatment chronologies and record indexes
  • Med-legal consulting on the medical questions in a case
  • Deposition and testimony time

How we work

A life care plan is only as strong as the records behind it. Each recommendation in our plans states what it rests on, so opposing counsel and the court can follow the reasoning.

We use conservative, clearly sourced language, and where the records leave a question open, we say so rather than fill the gap.

How it works.

  1. Send the caseEmail office@clutchmed.com or call with the case details and the records you have: medical records, imaging reports and billing.
  2. Records reviewWe review and organize the records into a chronology and identify what the injuries require going forward.
  3. Plan or reportYou receive a physician-authored life care plan or records summary, with each item traceable to its source.
  4. Testimony if neededDeposition and trial testimony are available when the case calls for it.
