Home/Auto accident & injury care
Auto accident & personal injury · Los AngelesHurt in an accident? Get seen, get documented.
Pain after a crash, a fall or another injury deserves a physician’s evaluation — and clear records. We see injury patients with or without an attorney, and we work with medical liens so care doesn’t wait for a settlement.
What we help with.
Injuries we evaluate and follow:
Common after a crash or fall
- Neck and back pain
- Headaches after an accident
- Shoulder, arm, hip and knee pain
- Pain that spreads into an arm or leg
- Numbness, tingling or weakness
What you get
- A physician evaluation of how you were injured and where it hurts
- Orders for imaging such as X-ray or MRI when needed
- Referrals to physical therapy or specialists
- Follow-up visits as you recover
- Records and recommendations for your attorney
Why see a doctor soon after an accident
Symptoms don’t always appear right away. Neck, back and head pain can surface hours or days after a collision, and early evaluation gives you and your physician a clear starting point.
A timely, thorough record of how you were hurt and what you’re feeling is also what your attorney will rely on as your case moves forward.
Call 911 first if…
After any accident, go to the ER right away for:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe difficulty breathing
- Stroke signs — face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech
- Severe bleeding or major trauma
- Loss of consciousness or serious head injury
How it works.
- Contact us or have your attorney refer youCall, book online or ask your law firm to send the referral. You can also come to us on your own.
- Paperwork, then a video intakeWe set up your chart and, if you have an attorney, the lien paperwork for e-signature. An intake specialist then goes over how you were hurt and where it hurts, by video.
- Physician visit and ordersThe physician reviews your intake, sees you and orders any imaging, therapy or specialist referrals you need.
- Records to your attorneyYour visit note, recommendations and referrals are sent to your attorney, and we see you for follow-up as you recover.
Common questions.
Do I need a lawyer to be seen?
No. You can book directly. If you have an attorney, tell us so we can coordinate records and, where appropriate, a medical lien.
What is a medical lien?
An agreement that lets you receive care now, with the bill paid from your case settlement instead of up front. We send the lien paperwork for e-signature when your case is handled by an attorney.
How soon after the accident should I come in?
As soon as you can. Pain can take hours or days to appear, and an early evaluation creates a clear record. If you have emergency symptoms, go to the ER first.
What should I have ready?
The date of the accident, how it happened, any ER or urgent-care paperwork, imaging you’ve had, your medications, and your attorney’s contact details if you have one.
Do you see patients hurt in falls or other accidents?
Yes. Slip-and-fall and other personal-injury cases follow the same process.
