These terms apply to text messages sent by Clutch Med Patient Messages. Clutch Med is operated by Ashkan E. Sefaradi Inc.
What we send
We text patients a secure link to their intake form before a visit, and messages about their visit. Our texts contain a link, not your medical information.
How you agree to receive texts
A member of our staff asks for your permission on the phone before we text you. We only text the number you give us and agree to. You can say no, and you can still receive care.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or services.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most patients receive one text per visit.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To start again, reply START.
