Clutch Med is a physician-led internal medicine and urgent care practice, founded by board-certified internist and Certified Life Care Planner Dr. Ashkan Sefaradi. We specialize in post-traumatic injury care, acute & chronic disease management, and in-depth medical evaluations. We provide fast, flexible, and expert-driven care tailored to each patient’s journey—always with clarity, compassion, and clinical rigor.
Ashkan Sefaradi, MD
Board-certified Internal Medicine and life care planner with over ten years of experience in internal medicine, trauma, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. My approach is holistic and human-centered—grounded in clinical excellence and driven by a deep respect for each patient’s story.
Coming from a disadvantaged background, I understand the value of access and dignity in care. That’s why I’m especially committed to underserved communities and bring empathy and advocacy to every case.
My work spans inpatient and outpatient medicine, executive wellness, and comprehensive life care planning. Whether guiding recovery or supporting long-term needs, I deliver care that’s clear, compassionate, and built to last.
